Dr. Bruce Glavovic of Massey University, New Zealand, gave a presentation entitled "Hazards, Climate Change and Vulnerable Communities: Lessons for New Zealand from Post-Katrina Recovery Planning in New Orleans" at the Center for the Study of Natural Hazards and Disasters at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on July 27th, 2009.
